Clare Sisisky, director of the Center for the Humanities at Hermitage High School, stands with Steve Wilson, president of Impact Makers, who was one of four forum presenters held at the school from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2007.

The forum was organized by Sisisky to help students understand that the definition of justice takes on many forms and that many members of the community are fighting for justice in unique ways. The forum was developed by the Center through a grant from CapitalOne. The year-long grant will help the Center to implement a program for students focused on the concept of justice. One goal of the program is to encourage
students to educate others about the need for a continued fight for justice in our society and around the world.
