Impact Makers is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our growing management and technology consulting practice.  BSAs on our team are key interfaces to client business users; adept at defining business/system requirements and; have a well rounded IT background.

We are seeking individuals with previous BSA experience. To be successful in this role, our BSAs must be flexible, adaptable, resourceful and creative.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; Project management experience.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• 5 Years experience in IT projects; 2 Years experience in Business Systems Analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with a variety of SDLC processes including waterfall, agile and iterative.
• Experience, knowledge and understanding of a variety of technologies including .NET, c#, Microsoft SQL Server, ETL, BizTalk, Business Objects, relational databases, hardware, telecommunications, messaging, network protocols
• Experience, knowledge and understanding with web application development / GUI development, reporting, data movement (Batch, Web Services), reporting, data warehousing
• Experience with data analysis and data profiling
• Experience writing requirements in an Agile narrative and maintaining regular updates from interactive sessions with internal and external customers.
• Experience modeling  process flows for the purpose of translation into system design.
• Experience capturing user profiles for the purpose of describing attributes, permissions and functionality necessary to deliver system ‘ personas’ to development team.
• Experience modeling data requirements for the purpose of providing development team and user interface designer sufficient detail to build charting and reporting solutions.
