Impact Makers Announces Three Senior Hires
Following a successful 2011, Impact Makers is expanding our professional consulting staff with the hiring of three senior employees. Ken Berry joined us in November 2011 as a Senior Consultant with significant experience in Health IT. Kate Foster joined in December 2011 as Director of Client Relations. Kate is a certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of experience in technology. Finally, Andy Savage joined in February 2012, as a Principal Consultant. Andy is a Certified Master Scrum Lean/Agile Coach.
Ken Berry, Senior Consultant
Impact Makers is pleased to announce that Ken Berry has joined Impact Makers as a Senior Consultant. Mr. Berry is a healthcare professional with two decades of experience in working in Health IT, Healthcare and operational environments. Prior to joining Impact Makers and relocating to Richmond, Ken was a Director at the Rhode Island Quality Institute (RIQI), a private non-profit organization that works with community leaders, CEOs, community groups, academia and government agencies in improving the healthcare system in Rhode Island. RIQI is a national leader in healthcare transformation and is the only organization in the country awarded all three of the major HITECH grants awarded by the US Department of Health & Human Services, Office of the National Coordinator (ONC).
Mr. Berry has an MBA from Northeastern University and is an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified professional.

Kate Foster, Director of Client Relations
Impact Makers is pleased to announce that Kate Foster has joined the company as the Director of Client Relations. Ms. Foster is a certified project management professional with over 20 years in the technology industry. While working within the private (Fortune 100) and public sectors, Kate successfully managed complex, multi-million dollar, cross-functional projects with enterprise impact.
Kate has extensive experience in leadership development and is a professional facilitator and coach, holding certifications from the Society of Information Management as well as the New Agreements Coach Training and Leadership Institute.
Kate holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. She is a certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Master and Leadership Coach.

Andy Savage, Principal Consultant
Impact Makers is pleased to announce that Andy Savage has joined the company as a Principal Consultant. Mr. Savage is a Certified Master Scrum Lean/Agile Coach and an entrepreneur with vast experience in creating profitable businesses through organic application of technology to meet customer needs. He has implemented Agile practices at a Fortune 500 company and led development teams through transitions to Agile methods.
Andy comes to Impact Makers after selling his own successful, award-winning software company. He has experience in high availability platforms as well as applying the latest artificial intelligence to hard-to-solve problems.
